I think the shake n' take is great! It makes making and taking a morning fruit/yogurt fruit smoothie to work every morning a snap. I have experienced no leaking or distortion, or staining of color on the bottles. The lids have a great rubber seal and I don't have to worry that I'll have blueberry all over me during the commute to work. I definitely recommend. These smoothie bottles allow you to get a lot of nutritiun in a small bottle. Also they are small enough to leave in the refrigorater. I buy several so I can keep them ready for breakfast thereby saving time so that my mornings aren't to frenzied.Customer Review: Excellent choice

I make health shakes or smoothies almost daily and am always looking for something to make the process easier. This product is great. Very easy to use and it's great that what you mix in is what you drink out of, so only one thing to clean. My husband likes that it is quieter than the mixer I was using before.
The only negative is that I wish the bottles were dishwasher safe.
