I bought this about a month ago and have had nothing but pure joy using it. It makes a great smoothie, is super easy to clean, and an amazing value when it's on sale. I think those with negative experiences are maybe expecting too much from it. First of all, it is NOT a regular size blender. Those having problems blending are probably treating it like a regular blender. It is meant to be used for individual/smaller jobs. It makes a perfect smoothie for one person if you don't overload it and if you use enough liquid to balance out the frozen pieces (i.e.- ice, fruit, etc.). I can easily make and clean my breakfast in less than 3 minutes and then am out the door. As for the noise? Yes, it does have a motor. Motors make noise. And since you're not suppose to have it running for more than 3 minutes (usually it only takes me 30 seconds), I don't see how anyone can't just bear with the noise for that short period. It's not like you have to live with that noise all day. Sheesh...

Received this blender yesterday and quickly started making smoothies with it. Works great, just like my big $100 blender but w/o the messy clean-up of the big blender. It makes a loud noise but since the motor is so powerful, a smoothie only take about 10 seconds to make. I just wish the cups had measurements on them, like in cups and/or ounces. It'll cost Sensio almost nothing to put little lines on the cups but it'll be very helpful to its customers. That way I don't have to take out my measuring cups and one less thing to clean! Also cleaning this unit is very easy, just rinse under water for a few seconds, fill with a little water and pulse a few times. I'll try to update if there's anything wrong with this blender after a few months.Customer Review: Easy to use, clean up is a breeze

I really love this blender. I considered both the magic bullet and this bella cucina and chose this one based on the reviews and the better price tag. I bought it so that I don't have to break out a huge blender everything I felt like a smoothie. This set is a great value for it's price with multiple cups, lids and other accessories. The blender motor is strong and crushes ice beautifully. Clean up is really easy too, when the smoothies is done, you just twist off the blade lid and put on the sipping lid. Give the blade lid a quick rinse in water and it's clean. I highly recommend this if you like to make single serving drinks.Customer Review: Rocket Smoothie Maker

OMG! Do yourself a favor and BUY this machine! My 9 year old daughter asked Santa for the Kids Smoothie Maker (which I could tell was a piece of junk just like all the other cupcake, frosting, dots, etc. makers for kids) and I refused to purchase it for her for Xmas. I knew she needed something nicer and better. This smoothie maker is perfect! So easy to use, blends quickly, cleans up easy and is nice looking on my counter. My daughter loves it and has made countless smoothies since Xmas. Plus, the cheapie kid one she wanted was $30+ and I got this on sale for $19.99! I had used the other popular brand of this item but was having trouble with it and needed to replace it. A very chic friend who had been using his blender for smoothies wanted one also. I went online and saw this model. It was so pretty and I have had good experience with Bella Cucina products, so I decided to give it a try over the well known brand, and gifted one to my friend. I am very glad I did so. We love how it works and looks. To those who complain of noise I say, it is not the machine, your are crushing ice, very efficiently I might add, and at a great price. Kudos!
