The Schlemmertopf Glazed Clay Cooker is wonderful for slow cooling in the oven. It shortens the time need to fully cook meat. The only problem with this one is there was a bubble in the glaze when it was fired and the grease from the meat has gone through to the clay and will just keep spreading under the glaze. I cannot give a review because my Schlemmertopf cooker was broken when it arrived. I was highly disappointed. The packaging on the item was so bad that it was all but non-existent. I am not reordering because I am afraid it will be the same again.
