This chestnut roaster is very good. It keeps enough moisture in the roaster to keep the chesnuts moist, but still enables you to get the flavor of roasting instead of boiling. It is a bit small though, since most people roast chestnuts on holidays, I usually have to do a few batches to get a good enough portion done. Easy to clean.
