I am returning this product as it doesn't work well as it is advertised. It takes longer time as well dough sticks too. I bought this assuming it will save my time, but instead it increased my work and frustration when I used it once it arrived.Even rotis become thick too and uncooked. This is not something which works for me and I would keep it. I wanted save others time , so that they won't try it and pay shipping charges without any reason while returning it back. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS especially for indian rotis.Customer Review: Product has serious defects

We bought this product for making Rotis(Indian Tortillas) and we started facing problems in just 3 months. The lights wudnt work but the surfaces do heat up. After a week only one surface would get heated properly. We then got a replacement and this one was no better. After a month this also was not usable. I will never buy this product. After going through quite a few reviews we ordered this from Ebay and tried using it about six times so far without much success.
I think there is some kind of art to it and we are not there yet. May be if we keep trying we would find the exact method to make good rotis with it.
The main problem we have is that the roties do not cook completely.

i bought this item and it broke in 2 months.
was used for maybe 4 times.
but cannot return as the return policy is horrible.
Please be aware that it might be cheap but once it gets to you you are stuck with it
returns of amazon are not good, rather try overstock, its more user friendly.

We purchased this product and were pleased with the results of the roti, until it stopped working. We then replaced it-three times! It only lasts about two or three months before the heating stops working. It is too bad, but don't buy this product as it isn't worth it!
