Thinning Shears for Hair Stylists & Barbers. This is a new pair of double sided thinning shears. Great for hair stylists and barbers. These are made of ice tempered stainless steel. Ice tempered steel holds an edge longer than regular stainless steel. Each side has 24 teeth and a thumb rest for your convenience.
