We replaced our mismatched storage containers with the whole set of these. They stack snap together for storage, you can see what is in them (who will boher to eat leftovers in opaque containers?) and the berrie keeper size with the little tray in the bottom for air flow extends the life of produce by several days. Would make an excellent shower gift. We are retired, so i guess they are a great gift for any age.

Customer Review: NOT BPA-FREE! Beware before you buy....

I purchased these because the Premier containers were listed as having BPA in them. I was very bummed to find out that these DO contain phthalates and BPA according to an independent study done on plastic containers by Good Housekeeping. If you are looking for BPA-free storage containers or bowls, these are not it.

The item is any run of the mill item you can find at any target or walmart but just go down to the local store and buy it...you will be charges $9.99 on this $24.99 product...completely not worth buying it online. Be careful with the low priced items, even as a prime amazon member, which we pay amazon for, that does nothing to save you from shipping from other vendors like target.
