I chose this silverware caddy for the size and because I like Rubbermaid's quality.
The compartments are wide. I put 2 stacks of utensils in each compartment...one stack with the handles to the front and the other stack with the handles to the back. It took a little getting used to but now it works out fine and you can get more flatware in the drawer this way.
Just take the "no-slide" thingy and pitch it in the trash. It will not stick to the drawer.
