Customer Review: It's a Rubbermaid container so it functions as expected !!

I've recently bought two different rubbermaid containers of this 8 quart size. The first one did NOT seal at all but I planned on using them to organize my small tools so I did not care. This container I plan on using exclusively in the kitchen and so far they seem to be really quite good. When closed they do not SNAP shut but still seem to seal well. I have to admit that I have only stored dried food stuffs in them so far so I don't know if the seal is 100% and I've only used them for a month so no food product has gotten stale so far. With the '4 for 3' sale, the price is good at $7.50 each though I am sure I could search locally and get one or two of these for somewhat less....if I wanted to spend my time and gas doing that. I really find these containers to be exactly as I expected. They are RUBBERMAID....need I say more!! I recommend them if you need a large 8 quart size container.
