We've had our Ronco for about 5 years and its well used given we have a large family. We don't use the tray to heat foods on top as we prefer our existing bowls. Overall this is a solid product, that quality wise has been impressive. We've mainly used it for chicken, which we eat a lot of. Pros: Easy to clean, large so we can cook up to 2 chickens, set it up and forget it, all the parts can go into the dish washer. Cons: Bottom gets hot so we always put it on a cutting board for fear of hurting our counter top, ours makes a clicking sound as it turns which can be annoying.Customer Review: Great Item-But You're On Your Own After The Sale

I have this same model. The rotisserie works well and if you follow the directions carefully, the end results will be delicious. Just understand that once purchased, you can't depend on any customer service at Ronco. They don't answer emails. They don't answer the phone. If you order an accessory, it may never arrive and you won't be able to find out why. If you want an extended warranty, buy the one offered through Amazon because I can't imagine shipping anything to Ronco; it will end up in a black hole.
