Ww were invited to dinner by friends and they served chicken prepared in a similar but smaller Ronco. Wife borrowed it a couple of times because she loved the way that the chicken came out, tender and juicy. I felt that it was time to buy one for her since she enjoyed it so much. Had looked at other units but for the price and previous experiance, had to go with this unit.Have to persuade her to try other things to cook tho as we do have all the accesories that came with it. Sorry to see that the Ronco store is no longer on line, but was a bargin price from Amazon. If considering buying,would highly recommend and I don't recommend very often.

It was only last week that I unpacked this little feller - and since then it has been working non-stop - Ribs,Chicken, Prime Rib and Pork shoulder. I didn't miss a beat and cooked everything to perfection. The beef was out of this world and the
pork crackling the best I ever tasted. Chicken is just as it should be - crispy skin outside and juicy inside. I gave the unit to my maid to clean immediately afterwards and she said it took her just 5 mins to get it back to it's original pristine condition.
I can heartily recommend the maid and the Ronco unit.

Not only does the Ronco cook exceptionally well, but it is also a breaze to clean (less than 10 min). One of the earlier reviewers stated that the non-stick coating is not very "non-stick" , which is accurate. What you can do to mitigate everything from sticking is to apply a light oil (spray or wipe it on) to the rack or skewers and you will be fine.
If you are looking to eat more healthily without a lot of added effort, then I would highly recommend dropping the $100 (from Walmart.com) for this unit.

This rotisserie is the greatest thing since sliced bread!!!! It cooks the best chicken I have ever tasted...moist and juicy. I used to go to the local meat market and buy a rotisserie chicken...but not anymore.
After using my rotisserie I purchased one for my mother-in-law as her Christmas gift.
I would recommend this to anyone who likes juicy chickens and also anyone who like convenience in the kitchen.

I bought a new rotisserie to replace one I gave away. It is a nice upgrade from before, durable and attractive. It's fun to watch the chickens revolve! The food tastes great and it's creative to prepare. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. You do have to have some cabinet space to hold it, but is's well worth the space. Convenient accesories go with it. It will cook a 15 pound turkey, too!
