I haven't even used it yet and already give it a low score. First, the door does not stay shut and it hit me in the head while I was trying to store it above the counter. And second, it did NOT include 3 accessories that were clearly stated on the box as being included! Unfortunately, since I didn't purchase it-- it was a gift-- I cannot get replacement parts unless I buy them. Not a good first impression!!!
Customer Review: Useless Customer Service in India Summary: 1 Stars
I'm incredibly disappointed with Ronco's customer service. I spent a bunch of money to have the oven sent next-day hoping to use it tonight to make dinner. Unfortunately I opened the box to find the heat reflector was missing. I called customer service thinking they'd send it out asap. Nope. First of all, customer service has been outsourced to India, and I was on hold waiting to speak to someone for 10 mins. And second, the guy didn't understand what I was saying. Finally, when he figured out that I was trying to tell him the heat reflector was missing, the very unapologetic man told me I had to register the thing online and then fax my request for the missing part, along with a copy of my receipt, to somewhere in California. I told him it was ridiculous, and he told me that was company policy. I think Ronco should refund my next-day shipping fees, and send the missing part out using next-day service as well. Apparently it's impossible to speak with any sort of competent customer service rep in the States. All I can do is fax or leave a message. I wish I would've known Ronco's customer service was this unprofessional before I bought the oven.

The Ronco rotisserie (which I purchased eventually from another online store) is a great product which works perfectly. This review is about the Amazon service which was awful.
Instead of the rotisserie I purchased Amazon sent a Sharp microwave. Because Amazon would not accept a UPS return I had to tote this heavy, bulky item to the USPS. Then, when Amazon processed the return it showed $0 credit so I had to make yet another phone call to get the $89 back.
Amazon did give me a $20 store credit to compensate for the aggravation but I would have preferred a smooth transaction. I should say that most of my Amazon purchases have been error-free so hopefully this was a rare misstep.
Customer Review: Paint flaking and Poor Service Summary: 1 Stars
I purchased this for my dad and after a few uses, the paint on the gear wheels began to flake off onto the food. He called Ronco and they claimed they did not receive his warranty information that he had mailed 3 weeks earlier, and therefore could not help him. I called Customer Service myself and was told the same thing - no warranty information so no help. I was told to call their Corporate Office which I did. The line was busy for days. I emailed Ronco and received an automatic reply that said I would be contacted regarding my email in 24 to 48 hours. I received a reply email ONE MONTH LATER! The problem is still not resolved....
Customer Review: Non-stick Paint comes off the loading rods - Unhealthy & dangerous Summary: 1 Stars
I bought the oven because it claims to provide a healthy alternative. But the reality is that nonstick material / black paint on the "spit rods" (gear wheels) comes off with time -- while sticking to the cooked food; This not only makes the food unhealthy but creates health risks. The nonstick coating has shown to be carcinogenic.
The spit rods/ gear wheels should have been stainless steel.
