I am very pleased with this product. I'm truly enjoying the benefits of my Rotisserie. The only problem I had with this item was being mislead by the size or weight of two chickens that could fit on the Rotesserie. But, we worked it out by learning how to make it fit. Although, it's to small for two 4lb. chicks, we make it fit by bending the legs and making sure it doesn't touch the back of the oven. The video was especially helpful and full of ideas for cooking. My son uses it for everything; turkey legs, roast, and chicken breast. It's an addition to my weight-loss program. I am very pleased with this product, it has added so much pleasure to food quality and health benefits. As usual, Amazon came through with a great product.

I love it and use it all the time. I use the basket for chicken pieces and skewers. The veggie steamer/roaster tray that sits on top makes perfect roasted potatoes and veggies. I have rotisseried chicken, turkey, even elk roasts. My only complaint (the reason I didn't give it 5 stars) is that I can't set it to come on before I get home. You can't plug it into a timer switch, because the dial timer ticks away without electricity. Also, the dial timer is not as accurate as a digital would be. But that doesn't stop me from using it often. I will have to use it out on the patio in the summer, because it heats up the kitchen, which I love on cold, cloudy winter days! All in all, it is worth every penny!Customer Review: My dad loves this!

My dad had one of these years ago and used it all the time! He loved it, then the heating element went out in it and instead of checking the warranty or seeing if he could just replace the heating element he threw the whole thing out! He was very upset and said he didn't see them advertised on TV anymore. So when I saw this one online I knew I had to get it. He could not believe it when he opened it Christmas morning! He thought there was something else in the box, I had to tell him twice that it really was his oven! He loves it and uses it all the time.Customer Review: Makes a pretty good chicken

You can cook a pretty good chicken in this rotisserie that tastes better than the ones you can buy precooked in your local deli. It is effortless to prepare the chicken and easy to clean the oven. I wait about 1/2 hour after the chicken is done to allow the oven and chicken to cool before removing. This works really well. The size of this oven is perfect for a one chicken meal that feeds a family of 4 or 5 people easily. I have a huge kitchen and would not want a rotisserie bigger than this "compact" one.Customer Review: You're On Your Own After The Purchase

The rotisserie works well and if you follow the directions carefully, the end results will be delicious. Just understand that once purchased, you can't depend on any customer service at Ronco. They don't answer emails. They don't answer the phone. If you order an accessory, it may never arrive and you won't be able to find out why. If you want an extended warranty, buy the one offered through Amazon.
