I am allergic to a large percentage of the perfumes/lotions/body sprays worn by women. This makes it difficult for me to go ANYWHERE outside of my own home. Normally, I have asthma attacks, experience disorientation, lightheadedness and dizziness. Using the Respro mask I was able to attend a convention with hundreds of people without suffering ANY ill effects. The Respro mask filtered out all allergens and scents. It was very easy to breathe through the mask and the mask was comfortable to wear.
My only word of caution is regarding hair. Be very careful to pull all of your hair out of the way, and ensure that the velcro is completely covered when closing the mask, otherwise it WILL catch in your hair, rather painfully. But, with caution you can have a comfortable fit and no difficulties.
