Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Range Kleen Porcelain Broiler Pan with Porcelain GrillCustomer Review: standard broiler pan Summary: 4 Stars
It's a standard broiler pan, not much else to say. Food cooks well on it; it's a nice size. It's kind of hard to clean when the food gets burnt on, but that's true of all broiler pans.
Customer Review: Good Smoker Pan Summary: 4 Stars
I have been looking for this type of pan for quite awhile. Pan is worth the price. I would recomened it to anyone.
Customer Review: Generic broiler pan Summary: 3 Stars
I thought it would be heavier-duty but it's really just a generic replacement broiler pan. Old ones had porcelain coating and so does this model. And it warps just like the old ones too. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it was essentially the same as my old pan, which by the way, I have kept rather than discard. I suppose that is a symbol of my uncertainty about which pan I would rather use.
Customer Review: Hmm.... Summary: 3 Stars
I used a sponge that's safe to use on non-stick cook ware. I've used the sponge on my teflon and calphalon pans without a scratch and then I use it on this pan and it gets scratch??? It a little difficult to clean not really non-stick in my opinion, but it did get the job done and I like the fact it comes with a top piece so the fat drips into the bottom pan.
Customer Review: sturdy, but hard to clean Summary: 2 Stars
This is definitely a sturdy piece of equipment. Very solid. However, I do not understand in what universe this could be considered "non-stick". Believe me, if you cook something with BBQ sauce on it in this pan, you will NEVER be able to get this thing clean. My new strategy will be to use foil over top. Hope that works better.
