My son gave me this pot for Christmas, and I have used it at least weekly not only for Pasta but also for soups, etc. I love it!! Non-stick interior is awesome, making cleanup quick and easy. There is a lip on one side making pouring easy. My whole wheat spaghetti took less time to cook, and tasted delicious after it was done.Customer Review: great stockpot

I love it, love it, love it. I use this all the time. It really gives you room in the pan to move your ingrediants around. It has a great pour spout on the side, and pasta cooks up so much better as it has room to move around in the pan. Clean up is a breeze. This has been a really good investment for me. Worth every penny.I really love the way the Rachel Ray's pots and pans cook food. They cook the food very evenly and washing them is a breeze. I originally bought the 10 piece set and loved it so much that I keep adding on. This is my latest addition and I love it just as much as the rest. The pot is oval so that you don't have to break up your long pasta noodles and it has a pouring spout on the side for easy draining. This is just excellent---wish it had been available years ago. Seems to boil water very quickly and is pefect for just pouring the uncooked pasta in without havng to stand and bend it as it softens. Pour spout very convenient for pouring into strainer. Wounderful product for anyone who cooks pasta frequently.
