Nice heavy weight pan and lid. Worked very well for pot roast with potatoes and vegtables. Handle length may be a problem for shallow depth ovens. Very easy clean-up finish. Must be careful not to touch handles that are orange colored plastic when pan is hot. Use hot pads all the time!

I like this pan a lot. I didn't realize how long this pan was and was a bit concerned about using it on my conventional size stove, but I have to say this pan is great! Fries really well and clean up is a breeze. I am very picky about my cooking pieces and would recommend this to anyone.
