Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Rachael Ray Hard Anodized Nonstick 5-Quart Oval Saute Pan with Glass Lid, Orange

Customer Review: Favorite Pan
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this pan on impulse with the 8 quart pasta pot. What I've found is that it's my favorite pan. It saves space on my stove so that other items aren't crowded. It cooks evenly (I was surprised). I like the extra handle because it makes the pan easier to maneuver when draining ground meats or transfering food to another dish. I use it every day!

I will definitely add more of Rachael's pieces to my kitchen.

Customer Review: It will be your everyday pan
Summary: 5 Stars

I love this pan. I bought it for myself a few years ago and still use it every day. My daughter admired it so I got one for her for Christmas. It is amazing how much fits in the pot and it is so easy to clean up. Because of the unique shape I can keep several pots going at the same time on my stove. This is always the first pan I reach for every time I cook. It seems pricey, but it is well worth the investment.

Customer Review: great saute pan and lightweight!
Summary: 5 Stars

when i first opened the box for this pan, i was expecting something wider, but it is not too bad when you finally start cooking with it. it can hold a lot due the raised edges, and it is makes up for the lack of wideness with its oval shape. it is great with even heating, and was a very good addition to the other products i own. the food slides out really easily and washes with ease. no scrubbing here.

Customer Review: Great Pot!
Summary: 5 Stars

We liked the idea of large volume, 5 quart, in a shape that accommodates our stove top allowing us to use either one or two burners under it. Also, the shape permits more space available for other large vessels as well. The depth allows us to use it as a Dutch oven for browning and frying. The high sides limit the grease spatter. Over all it is a very versatile and needed addition to our kitchen

Customer Review: I plan to get another one soon
Summary: 5 Stars

I love this pot it is great. Why didn't someone think sooner to make a deep skillet like this. I make Pasta sauce, Cramilize onions, Fry chicken, anything you can think of. It is soooooo good I am getting another one. When it come to pots and pans Rachael Ray beats Martha Stewart hands down. Great Quailty for a great price. It is sooooo easy to clean. Try that with Martha Stewart people....
