After trying many different types of knife sharpeners, both manual and electric, over the years with mediocre results I decided to give the Furi a chance. I think I've found my "lifetime" sharpener. I've owned many sharpening devices and I have, before the FURI knife sharpening system, used a steel to keep my Chicago Cutlery honed. I have a set of FURI knives and my old (22 years Chicago set).
