I am a kitchen junkie. I spend more time in my kitchen then in any other room in my home. I have had many knive sets throughout the years, even high-end german steel. While those knives cut beautifully, they always left my hands feeling sore after a long cutting session. I don't use a food processor usually, so most anything that gets cut, chopped or sliced in my kitchen has to be done with my hands.
I recievied this set as a gift for Christmas. THIS IS THE BEST SET I HAVE EVER HAD. I admit it, I would never have bought this set for myself, I thought it was a gimick. But this knife set holds up to all kinds of abuse and is so comfortable in my hand. I even love the carrying case because I can take this set safely when we go camping or even to the store to have it sharpened in the meat department. I am so happy with these knives that I am currently shopping to expand my set!

The handle features the patented Füri reverse-wedge shape that prevents the hand from sliding toward the sharp blade even when wet. At the tail, a stainless-steel counterweight provides perfect balance.
