Very easy to use. I got it for my wife. The only thing is to keep at the right angle. I tried to cut through a lemon with a dull knife with no success. 3 or 4 swipes and it was razor sharp and made short work of the lemon. Best kitchen gadget I've ever bought. Darn, I just love this product. However, I just opened up the package to find that the finish had fallen off one of the sharping fingers. Having used a Furi for a long time, it's just the best. I have had several kinds of knife sharpeners from the can openers, to the electric ones, and steels, this is by far the greatest one and the easiest to operate, I am shall we say mechanically challenged and this did not take a blue print to figure out. This knife sharpener works really well. I threw away my sharpening steel that came with my knives! If you are as inept at using a sharpening steel as I am this little sharpener is for you. It will keep your knives razor sharp with very little effort and folds up neatly when not in use.Customer Review: great little sharpener

This little sharpener works great on my Furi knife. I have had my knife for some time but hadn't realized until I got my daughter one, how dull it had become. Even with sharpening with other sharpeners. The Furi sharpener is compact and easy to use. On top of that, it really works.
