Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of RSVP Compost PailCustomer Review: novice composters, read on Summary: 5 StarsMaybe I'm just a little slow, but I didn't realize that this pail was just an intermediary step in the composting process. It holds all your kitchen clippings until you are ready to make the trek outside to your real composting bin. For some reason, I thought I could make dirt in my own kitchen. Now I need to get a real composting bin for outside! Oh well, it's a good-looking pail, and it gets the job done -- no smells are emanating from it.
Customer Review: Handy Summary: 5 StarsI've found the compost keeper to be very handy. It doesn't take up too much room on the counter, it's easy to clean and no smell.
Customer Review: The only good way to keep garbage on your counter Summary: 5 StarsHolds a lot, easy to clean. Has that modern stainless chic look. Doesn't stink. How else are you going to keep garbage attractively on your counter? A little spendy, but it is heavy duty and should actually last for thousands of years.
Compost is a good thing in several ways and this is a good way to collect it. Looks good on the counter.
Customer Review: Saving the planet! Summary: 5 StarsI don't know what the difference is between this brand and the Norpro but they look the same, cost the same, and this one comes with an extra filter. I like knowing that I am reducing landfill material as well as creating great compost. My food disposal doesn't get all clogged up either. I am extremely happy with this product and have no issues with it.
Customer Review: No smell Summary: 4 StarsGreat compost container, cleans up easily and contains odors. Looks great even when out. My only wish is that it was a little bigger. I previously had a plastic container but it was difficult to wash and remove odors.
