These glasses are wonderful. I really tear up when I slice onions. When you put these glasses on, you will not have that miserable tearing while you are trying to cook. The only bad part is that they don't fit over eyeglasses. I have a heavy prescription, so its a little tough try to use a knife without the benefit of prescription eyeglasses. But, if you take your time, it's no problem. I really like them and plan on purchasing another pair for a relative who does a lot of cooking. Wish I had these years ago. Don't know if as you get older you are more sensitive to the sulfur in onions, but it was almost intolerable to slice an onion. Since I cook a lot and almost 3/4th of recipes call for onions, was having a hard time and it was so painful. Well now with these goggles, NO problem. Totally takes the pain, tears, burning, etc. away. A must have for your kitchen.Customer Review: onion goggles

I always heard about onion goggles along with 50 other remedys on how you cut onions tear free. I bought onions frozen pre chopped. Gets expensive when you use onions in all you cook! So I figured I would try these and..... they work!!!!! I chop onions all the time now. The goggles fit tight enough on my head and let no fumes in ,hence tear free!Customer Review: So Cool

These work great! I bought them after seeing them used by characters on the show Castle. I have so much trouble chopping onions since having my eyes fixed and no longer wear contacts, and I was always forgetting to put the onions in the freezer before I needed them. These are worth the money if you have ever suffered burning, watery eyes from chopping onions. Use them to slice hot peppers to. Bought them for one of my daughters and have ordered a pair for me. We love these Goggles and there kind of cute in a funny sort of way. The price is not bad either.
