Excellent at mixing protein powder drinks and margaritias. I haven't used a setting above 3 out of 5 or 6 for blending. This blender is almost a food processor. I use it primarily for smoothies, but it will chop up the fruit, and the ice very quickly and deliver a delicious smoothy in no time. I have "killed" 3 Oster Blenders by trying to make smoothies in them.This blender does the job,and has outlasted the first Oster by 3 weeks.Has an auto-shut down when the motor overheats, so no burn out. Does a great job. Basically the best buy for the job.Customer Review: A really nice blender

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she really likes it. She had a Magic Bullet not long ago, but mysteriously some of the parts disappeared. She has twin two year olds and suspects they carried the parts off. This will surely come in handy.
