They seem to have finally fixed the problem of the connection to the mug being to loose. But it still looks like the control isn't sealed very well. One just has to be careful not to get any liquid on it. I once was given a Plug-N-Heat mug that was a far superior design. A friend mistakenly put it in the dish washer, it still worked for awhile after it dried. [...]
