The Precise Heat 3 1/2 Qt. Surgical Stainless-Steel Oil Core Skillet is nothing short of
marvelous. I purchased one as a gift for some friends. We cooked a lovely meal using the
new skillet and we all agreed that it was perhaps the finest electric skillet money can buy.
I was so impressed by it that I have since purchased a second one for myself. The heating
was very evenly distributed and cleanup was easy. They don't make them any better than this.
I look forward to cooking for many more years with this fine piece of craftsmanship. I fully
expect this skillet to last a life-time because of it's sturdy construction of high-grade
materials. An essential addition for any kitchen!
