I was so excited to get this skillet. The first time I used it, the food stuck to the bottom but it was easily removed.

Then my husband used the skillet to make pancakes and they stuck to it so badly we cannot get it clean. We tried Barkeeper's Friend and it didn't budge the black stains.

Has anyone else had this experience and found a solution?
