Customer Review: Not sure when they say "mangle" by post office

I placed my order for this poster on Nov. 9th for a birthday gift that was needed by the end of Nov. The est. delivery date was Nov. 19th - 24th. After not receiving any emails concerning my delayed order I contacted them on Dec. 1st. I received two different emails telling me that my order was delayed due to the post office had "mangled" my poster. They told me that it wasn't my fault and they would send me out another poster. It would have been nice to be updated on my order without me having to write and ask when it was well past the est. delivery date. They were very nice after I contacted them. My poster arrived within a few days after me contacting them. I am not sure how the post office could mangle the poster the first time as it came to me packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube - in great condition.
