Sure, the handle seems to fall out pretty easily, but it's not a big deal at all. You put the handle back in.
Overall the machine rolls the pasta out into nice sizes, the cutters work fine for me reguardless of the thickness of the pasta, not sure why another reviewer was having issues... maybe dough wasn't make right?
I have no complaints at all, it rolls ou the pasta, it cuts it, and I have great tasting pasta.... and it's inexpensive. Win all around in my book. Highly recommend.

I purchased this pasta maker for my friend's birthday and used it with her to make lasagna noodles. It is a great machine for the price - very well made. Making pasta is not only fun, but the noodles are fabulous and well worth the effort. I personally have an electric pasta maker, but I must admit I really enjoyed this hand-crank one too. This pasta maker works as advertised. It's the exact same pasta maker that my sister bought locally for three times the price. The drive mechanism will work with several electric motors I found on the internet if anyone wants to make it electric. Cleanup is a snap. You could get the expensive pasta rolling attachments for your kitchenaid stand mixer, or you could buy the pinzon model, which is a classic and comes with the different cuts roller. Crank is nice and smooth, clamp is secure!
