Customer Review: Iffy quality, but still a good deal

I've only been using these for a couple weeks. The first time I washed them a lot of the color bled, so what was chocolate brown is now chocolate with orangey mottling. Still, if they hold up beyond that I'll consider them an excellent deal. They feel nice enough, and the price is hard to argue with.Customer Review: I love these towels.

Several reviewers have complained about the softness and absorbency of these towels. I own two sets of these in both Harvest and Brick colors and they are absolutely fabulous. The colors are vibrant (better than expected), the towels are soft, thick and absorb water very well, and after a month of usage and very frequent washings they are holding up perfectly. It helps to follow the care instructions, otherwise of course they will lose their color and overall quality! Wash them as though they were silk or other delicate fabrics...wash in warm (or even cold) water, and dry in LOW heat. These are great towels and if I had the storage room in my little apartment I would order more. I've recommended them to all my friends and family.Customer Review: Very Soft

These towels are incredibly soft and luxurious for the price you pay. Try buying "top of the line" at Wal-Mart and see what you get and how much more it costs. My only recommendation is that you wash them 3 times with 1 cup of vinegar in each load (along with detergent) before first use, the chemical smell from manufacturing is quite strong. Not to worry, the vinegar neutralizes the odors and you're wrapping yourself in luxury in no time. I can't recommend these towels enough.Customer Review: A very average towel

Did not live to expectations, it's not that soft, does not absorb well, and is getting worse with time. Looks much better on the picture than in real life.
