After reading reviews about the litter locker, I purchased the product and loved it. No smell, no mess, easy to dispose and reaply. The trick is to know when to change your first set of bags, for one cat it takes about a week or when the bag if filled and is close the edge of the container (if you leave the lid open and look you will see the ball of poop close to the edge of the opening of the container). Then change the bag or you can rip it on your next spin. I realize I get about 4 (additional) safe spins when the black line appears before I need to change the refill cartridge.
I purchased the 10pack refill cartridge so I don't have to go to the pet store every two weeks. I used to purchase two cartridges at a time. The package arrived in good condition , the cartridges arrived in perfect condition and are the same as the store. The third party company was great with e-mail notifications. I will continue to purchase my 10pkg refills since it is a great value and even with shipping it was still cheaper than the store.
