WORKED ON THE FIRST DAY! WOW! I have a poodle who had a litter of pups and she felt as though she had to protect every one and everything from any noise made! She was driving us nuts with constant barking! She would bark at the neighbors like she was possessed! I tried sqiurting her with water guns locking her in her kennel ect. I didn't want to resort to a shock collar. When I saw this and it was so cheap I figured why not give it a try. It worked immediately! I set her up with things that would trigger her barking pressed the button and said hush. She would put her head down and quite immediately {That is not what my girl does! She is stubborn!) She now is best friends with the neighbor even letting her self be picked up. We still get an occasional 1 bark at certain triggers but not like before where she would bark and bark. Now I say hush and she stops without the dog repeller, She never would do that before she would just keep barking. As for the neighbors dogs you must be about 10 feet in order for it to be effective.Customer Review: $11 noise suppressor!

Great bargain for under $11! Works great. I read the negative reviews but I decided to buy anyway. I was skeptic.
My house is sittuated in a culdesac where I have neighbors both sides and and 3 behind, all with dogs small and large. I have the largest backyard and I purposely bought the house for the 2 dogs (Great dane). They are indoor dogs but enjoy being out too. The yard is great for entertaining guest but all my neighbors have dogs that barks at anything and everything. Whether im out bbquing, watering my plants etc...
While I was outside today watering, the dogs started barking as usual. All i did was was the button on my new gadget and it silenced them!!! I didn't have to point it towards the fence where the dogs were. The range is pretty good considering my yard is pretty big.
I'm so happy with my purchase!! It even works through my kitchen window!!
I decided to buy 2 more today just to have around the house and 1 more for my sister as a gift!
For 11$, you cant go wrong.

I never review products, but this needs to be told. We had a bark free system for a couple years (until someone sprayed it with water, and it died) and it never really solved our problem (annoying small yipper-dog of neighbor barking every single night from 4:30 to 10p). We decided to buy this gadget just to give it a try b/c it was so cheap... after ONE use, it ended that dog's habit. The dog literally turned-tail and ran back into its house after pressing this gadget one single time! I couldn't believe it. The dog came back out again later that night, zapped it again, and that's all it took. It hasn't come out for its nightly bark-a-thon since. I've taken the battery out of the gadget for storage (conserve the battery, until/if another problem arises), that's how well it's worked. Basically, I paid some company $10 to instantly end my problem. The most worthy purchase I've ever made! I recommend this gadget 100%, it's a gazillion times more effective than the much more expensive bark-free things....Customer Review: "I've got the POW-ER"

We'll keep it simple: new neighbors moved in with a dog who (of course) barked all night. The worst part is the fence where he stands is about 4 feet from our bedroom wall where our bed is. We imediately ordered this when we saw mostly positive reviews and figured the negatives were just because all dogs are different, but we had to try something. The day after we got it in the mail a small neighborhood dog was wandering into our yard, we knew it wouldn't hurt him so my husband ran and grabbed it. The dog looked curious about the sound from farther away so he started toward my husband, then not five steps toward him he BOLTED....kicking up mud behind him!!! We've since been using it on the neighbor's dog and he shuts up almost immediately, once in a while he needs a second dose, but not often. The thing wont work through the wall or through our newer vinyl windows, so we have to just crack the window a bit and point it directly in the direction of the dog....other than that drawback, BUY THIS!!Customer Review: Works like a charm on my German Shepherd

For four years I tried to correct my German Shepherd's barking: went through 2 citronella collars, did the pennies in the can bit for a long long time, did the plain ole firm immediate QUIET all day long everyday, did the plain ole firm immediate NO all day long everyday, bought a couple of $30-40 sonic and ultrasonic devices including one by Petsafe, and really did not know what else to do without spending a lot of time and money with a trainer. I bought this little black box and so far so good. She has barely barked at all since I bought it, and the handful of times she did it's a small woof and only two small woofs then she hushes up. She even comes right to me as soon as I hit the button. It does not seem to affect her emotionally; she's always been happy and seems to act even happier now. If this keeps working, I may put it in my top 5 purchases of all time list. Its success may depend on the breed of dog you have, but if you have a German Shepherd, there should be no worries with this.
