Customer Review: Throwing Away My Other Pans

After using Parrish Magic Line pans, I want to throw away my other baking pans. The Magic Line bakes incredibly even, releases easily (with greasing) and cleans beautifully. My baked goods result in a golden-color with no hot spots. I purchased a very well-known, more expensive and popular brand which was recommended by a baking cookbook I used. There were hot spots and over-browning in some areas and not in other areas. As I have learned, the pan you use can play an important part in the end-result. If I am going to spend the money for good ingredients and take the time to bake, I want my baking pans to help and not hinder, my baking. The 8 x 2 is a nice size pan. Many of my recipes ask for that size. I'm so glad I found it on Amazon because the stores in my area do not carry this line.
