This is my first spiralizer so take that into account - but I think this is my last one too! It's super easy to use, makes 3 awesome sizes of long noodle-y slices (that's before getting fancy with lengthwise cuts) and is very easy to clean. seems preferable to the joyce chan or whatever model because it can fit a foot-long veg. I love love love it and though my kitchen storage is tiny I'm really glad I added it to the arsenal.Customer Review: Fun Kitchen Gadget

This spiralizer is so quick and easy to use. I'm amazed how quickly it turns a zucchini into a huge mass of "spaghetti" noodles. I enjoy using the other slicers as well. Cucumbers become fancy waves that makes even the reluctant child think it's a treat. It's easy to clean, too, though you have to be careful around the extremely sharp blades. I hope it lasts. Hi, have been following a living foods lifestyle while in med school studying natural medicine(ND). Had a different spiralizer previously and this is WAY BETTER!! I love it!! Prepared food for some non-foodies and this stole the show. Everyone was mesmerized by the zuchinni noddles and how easy/fast it is to use! Feel it is essential. This is a wonderful tool! I tried out a few of my friends' spiralizers before purchasing this one. By far, this one is superior. I like that the blades store conveniently underneath the main body of the slicer for easy storage. The various cuts produced by the spiralizer look beautiful. Just when you think the last thing in the world you need is another kitchen "gadget", something like this comes along. I love it for beets, zucchini and carrots - actually that's all I've used it for so far but with summer coming the creative possibilities are endless. The salads and vegetable dishes look just gorgeous. The machine easily comes apart for cleaning and goes back together again in seconds.
