The item without a doubt is great tasting. However, after just a few uses with the Flavor Pitcher, it becomes difficult to get the flavoring to dispense. I keep it half empty to get enough tilt for it to come out. Near the end you literally must take the lid off to get any out! It also clogs easy due to it's stickiness. You may not get this trouble with the sink mount, and I'd like to hear feedback on that!Customer Review: Awesome product.

I'm quite surprised with what some reviewers are saying. I have own this about 2 months now and I absolutly love it. I haven't had any problems with the cartridges yet. I will admit that it doesn't give 75 drinks per cartridge as it advertises, but that fact that I got about 45-50 12oz servings out of it makes it well worth the price. So far I have tried the grape and raspberry and love them both. I think they taste exactly similar to the $1.25 per bottle water made my dasani and aquafina.
Plus the plain old water is really fresh and clear tastin.

a bit of flavor makes the water more interesting. you can store them in the fridge and swap them with other flavors when you get bored
