This is the greatest thing since sliced bread! No more buying bottled water, (and thereby wasting my money). The tank holds lots, and the Pur cartridge filters get all the awful stuff out, (and believe me our water is BAD!). When I received the product, the box was open but I thought it would be okay since each of the filters was sealed within a foil wrapper. However, one of the filters was a dud.
