I purchased this like a week ago and i must say the filter does its job. Water tastes wonderful, very smooth i simply love it.Be aware that the price is better at Walmart. I've seen the pack of 3 filters for only 14.99, so I wont purchase them from Amazon.I am a amazon costumer for years now and i ALWAYS order from Amazon but lately i have been very dissapointed when i found out that i paid more than I should with severall items.Customer Review: Some are crazy slow, some not

Been using these for a couple of years now, and my only complaint is that sometimes they take 12 -24 hours to filter one gallon of water - and although one might expect that as the filter got dirty it would clog up and slow down, it seems completely arbitrary - one filter will get that slow after 2 days use, while another might take 2 weeks, and yet another will never slow down, and I'll just change it because it's time. So, probably 8 out of 10 times I'm changing the filter before it should be needed because I can't stand to wait so long for it to do it's job. I asked customer service about this when I first started using them, and they said to take it out of the the pitcher and shake it up, but that does nothing.
Still it's a better deal than bottled water, so until I hear of a better one, I guess I'll keep using them...
