well when i couldn't find my oster blender gasket,aka rubber ring,for like a month.i decided to make sure that never happened again.hence this purchase.now i have a back up in case one falls into the compost hole in our kitchen(not shortly after my rings arrived did i find the original in the compost) or gets eaten by the blender(which has happened).it's good to know i have a spare or three.Customer Review: Works well, no leaks.

Eventually everybody has to replace the gasket on their blender (unless of course you like leaks). This product works as well as the original and I liked the fact that you get 3 gaskets for such a reasonable price. I was on Optifast for a while and I had to drink meal replacement shakes 6 times a day but with the 3 pack I always had a gasket clean and dry and ready to use.Customer Review: Great product, great company

The product is just what I ordered and it shipped fast. I realized after I ordered on Amazon that I forgot something and the great people at Goodman's tracked down my order added the forgotten item didn't charge extra shipping and shipped it right out. I would order from them again in a heart-beat.

Recently, during a short period of time, I broke two original Osterizer gaskets by using them with a Kerr bottling jar. Somehow the ring gets inside the jar and then gets chewed up by the blade. These gaskets are a perfect replacement for the original ones. I haven't broken any of them yet.Customer Review: Perfect replacement

These gaskets harden after many years and these allow you to use the original jars for years more. Shipping is expensive, but the total cost is probably cheaper than driving around town to pick them up or look for them, and Amazon is certainly more convenient.
