I purchased this for my husband who loves to make milk shakes and HE LOVES IT. He has had no problem with its ability to make a shake to his liking. Looks great on my kitchen counter too.

The mixer is made of metal chrome and is heavy duty. Does a nice job of mixing but will NOT crush ice. Only downside.
