Even if you're cooking for a family that tends to be a little picky when it comes to vegetables, you should not pass over buying this steamer. The Oster steamer comes with two tiered steaming bowls that let you cook multiple types of food at the same time without mixing them. This can also come in handy if the two foods need to be cooked for different amounts of time.
It also conveniently comes with 8 egg holders, you attach this to the inside of the steaming bowls and hard boiled eggs become a snap. Within a minute of turning on the steamer it starts producing steam, so there is no waiting for the unit to heat up. It also has a timer that turns off after 75 minutes for safety.
Once you're done cooking your meal the bowls collapse and can fit easily into a dishwasher, so cleaning up is a cinch. The unit is priced at $35 which, for the price and quality, is a deal one shouldn't pass over.
