I have had my opener for about 4 years. I just purchased two more for gifts. Previously I gave them as gifts and they are very much appreciated and are still being used daily. I only plug mine in for a day or two every couple of weeks and it has never given me any problems. Easiest wine opener I have ever used and would highly recommend it to everyone. This is the easiest wine opener I've ever used. We haven't tried the wine cooler yet, but there are absolutely no negatives regarding the opener. Much easier than the rabbit. I haven't even had any difficulty with the plasticized corks, as the literature said I might. And it even looks nice sitting on top of the wine 'fridge, charging.Customer Review: Everyone who enjoys wine should have one.

Was given this item as a gift a couple of years ago and it has been flawless. Bought one for my father-in-law for Father's Day. He is 85 years old and is enjoying it's use. He previously used a lever style opener, but arthritis caused some problems and this Oster 4208 has resolved that issue. My sister ordered this for my aunt a year ago for Christmas (2008yr) and my cousin fell in love with it as well. I purchased the same item for my cousins wedding shower (March 2010) as she had not purchased as of yet. Huge hit @ shower and a few of the girls will be ordering for themselves, too. EVERYONE HAS A CORK SCREW IN THEIR HOUSE. Opening a bottle of wine can be difficult to messy, even for the toughest guy. This prodct makes it fun and impresses your date or guests. Buy an aerator and you are now the highest tech stud on the block. What more can you ask for for your for $20 bucks. Buy several for fathers day gifts.
