I received this as a gift last Christmas. I have used it consistently now and it never fails. It is almost too easy. The trick is to hold the bottle so that it does not move, preferably supported by the counter, and lightly press down with the opener. Once you get the trick it is like slicing a piece of cake. No messed up cork screws just a smooth opener. It takes up very little room on the counter and once charged works for quite a few openings.Customer Review: Amazing product!!!

I gave this as a birthday gift and he loved it! It's a great product for those who have conditions that make it hard for them to open bottles. The person I gave it to had a thumb replacement and needed to ask others to open bottles of wine. This product is perfect. The people I gave it to had a dinner party and opened over 20 bottles with it in a matter of minutes. It's simple and worked every time with limited effort. My husband has problems with regular wine bottle openers because he has arthritis in his fingers. I searched the web to see if there was any other type of opener that he could use without any hassles. The Oster 4207 and 4208 are fantastic. The Oster 4208 comes with a wine chiller that makes this a special gift to give to others. I got this as a Christmas gift and am amazed with the ease of use! Being novice wine drinkers, my husband and I had been destroying corks and were generally frustrated with corkscrews before this was given to me. My mother has had one for a couple of years and thought it would be a nice addition to my kitchen. Easy to use, discharges corks cleanly and keeps cork out of my wine. I received this wine opener as a Christmas gift and it has been the most useful gadget I've ever owned. So much so that I have given it to friends for birthday presents. It's so easy to operate and it stays charged for long periods. We just used it for a reception at our home the other evening and opened at least 10 bottles of wine effortlessly. So many people wanted to know where to buy it.
