Oster Wine bottle opener.
I have arthritis, like many already older Americans and many soon-to-be-older ones. This makes opening a wine bottle VERY easy and fast. Just press a button and it goes down into the cork, press the other half of the button and it pulls out the cork. I wouldn't be without one. Thank goodness someone invented this.

Oster 4207 Electric Wine Opener
I got this item for Christmas last year and love it! I never have to re-charge it. I only have to put it on the charger every few months and we open a lot of wine bottles! It's a great gift!!

We were skeptical when we first bought this product. We have had several cork/bottle openers over the years and I've never been very impressed with them.
I unpacked this little beauty, charged it, placed it on the exposed cork and pushed the button. It extracts the cork out with no problem. Push the other side of the button and it ejects the cork. What, I don't have to sit there and twist the cork off? Sweet...
We have now had this unit for about 2 years and it works as good as the first day. We usually use it 3 to 4 times a week. It works on every type of 'cork', even the synthetic types. Just like any cork screw do not use it on older brittle corks. Use a cork remover meant for older corks. If the cork leaves any parts of it inside the unit then extract them before you use it again. it's no big deal and happens rarely. I am a Quality Assurance Engineer and very critical in my product reviews but this product just works - well beyond my expectations.

This is the nuts! I have arthritis in my hands and it's very hard for me to use any other wine opener. It's so easy even my wife now opens our wine. I highly recommend this product.
