While a good value for the quantity of brush heads in the package, the quality of this product suffers. I used this brush head on my Oral-B Vitality toothbrush, which is advertised to use all Oral-B flexi-soft heads. I have 3 really big issues with this product when compared to the standard retail version available in stores as well as here on Amazon
Issue #1: When the toothbrush is on it buzzes significantly louder than the other toothbrush head replacements. Now I know that this sounds like a relatively small concern, but it is a great deal louder. I was worried that my children in the next room were going to wake up, it was so loud.
Issue #2: The toothbrush head does not fit correctly on the brush base. One was too loose and slipped off, and the 2nd one was an extremely tight fit and would not come off when it was time to change the head, I had to use a pair of vice grips to remove the offending toothbrush head.
Issue #3: As of right now I have gone through 2 heads in the 3 weeks that I have had the product. For some reason something on the inside of the brush head gets disconnected after vigorous use and the head completely stops spinning... my toothbrush still works, the engine runs, but the bristles don't rotate... so I put on a new head... 1 week later, same problem.
Avoid this product. The few bucks you save on packaging is not worth it if I am done with all 4 heads in the course of 2 months. Stick to the tall vertical packages that they sell in the store and are also available here on amazon.

I purchased 3 4-packs of these brush heads three months ago and I have found the quality to be far far inferior to brushes purchased at drug stores. These heads are noisy and seem very tight when first used, but after 10-15 uses the heads become very loose to the point of pinching lips and cheeks, and become even noisier, sounding like they are going to fall apart while using. I have not had a single one of these brush heads last long enough for the indicator bristles to even begin to fade. I can't help but think that these are some kind of counterfeit heads, they are that inferior to the ones I have purchased locally. While these brush heads seem like a bargain, believe me, in the long run they are much much more expensive than the drug store variety!Customer Review: Beware! I previously made the mistake of buying Oral-B brush heads online and apparently I didn't learn my lesson. These brush heads are either good-looking knock offs OR made for European toothbrushes NOT American ones. I say this because most of the packaging is in German.
The brush heads are lighter than American versions and they fit so loosely that they can fall off while you are brushing. (One of the heads fell off and I actually poked myself in the gums with the metal rod of the brush.)
These are inferior products and may not even be legit. Buy the ones at the store -- they cost more but you get what you pay for.
