Customer Review: Best "Wallet" I Ever Had

I've been using small, lightweight wallets for years so I could keep them in my front pockets. I was never a money clip kind of person. I warmed to the Slim Clip quickly, though: it's very thin, durable, lightweight, and it holds your cash and cards snugly. I've been using it for about 2 months and am very happy. As a long-time wallet user, the biggest adjustment for me after moving to the Slim Clip was having to always fold bills neatly together before sliding them under the clip (it's a lot more exacting than a wallet). It's not a big deal, though (and it has the added benefit of keeping your cash well-organized).
Someone in another review complained that the clip for the credit cards broke off when it was dropped. That is impossible: the Slim Clip is formed from a single piece of folded stainless steel. You'd need a band saw to break off the clip part.

I bought this clip for two reasons:
-My old, leather, tri-fold was coming apart at the stitches
-I didn't need to carry every membership/insurance/charge/ID card that I owned and I figured this would help with that
After I got it I really liked it because it's design forced me to simplify and it's durable. I don't need to carry a small Rolodex in my pocket. But the six cards I do prefer to have with me fit within the card holder. Even full of cash and six cards I can't hardly feel it in my front or back pocket. The bill fold is easy to use if you follow the instructions. My main complaint with my old leather wallet was that it was changing shape over time. This one won't unless I run in over with my car. Furthermore, I'm using my old wallet to contain all of the membership, insurance, charge, and id cards and I carry that in my backpack/briefcase.

I use the Slim Clip Wallet when traveling and want to minimize the possibility of someone picking my pocket in an airport or train station. I think it works well when traveling. When closer to home I don't normally use it due to needing to carry more stuff in my wallet than the Slim Clip will hold, but when traveling I don't need all the extra items and it works great. If you are like me and have a fat wallet due to all the cards, licenses, insurance cards, etc. and wanted to use the slim clip all the time; I might suggest you get two. You could put your cash and credit cards in one and all the other "stuff" in the other. Then put one in each front pocket. I like the way the credit card slot holds the cards stacked perfectly in the clip.
Overall I think this is a great product and can't really think of any way to improve on it.

This money clip is brilliant! I wanted to get rid of my bulky leather wallet with something slim that I can hold in my front pocket. This clip works perfectly. It stores the 6 cards that I carry with me and all the cash I'll ever need on me at one time. Anyone that can't figure out how to take a single credit card in and out without taking out the others is a complete idiot. All you do is pull the whole stack out 3/4 of an inch and flip through until you find the one you're looking for. Okay now here's the difficult part; take out the card you want and leave the others in place. Now push all the other cards back down into storage position. Simple. Need I say more?
Don't give this product a bad review because you're too dumb to figure out how to use it!! Shame on you!!

I got one of these originally at a retail store. I use them all the time, but they are especially useful for those that drive a lot. I found that when I had to drive for an extended period, the old style wallet would press on my nerves going to my legs, and sometimes put my legs in extreme pain. Since using the Slim Clip, I no longer suffer from those problems. SO..... I ordered 5 more to accept all the identification and insurance cards for my special needs kids. The items were delivered in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. I paid SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than the retail price/ In fact, I paid less than half of the retail price. The items were shipped using Priority Mail, and arrived before the scheduled delivery date. I will order more of these if I find a need.
