I work all day sitting and I'm tired and my back is stiff every day. This cushion has been a relief, not as tired, but more refreshed. I'm not sitting on my tail bone all day, thus my back feels great, that was the main thing. So I would recommend for car or work, I bought another for the car, especially on those long drives.Customer Review: Makes long trips easier.

We do a lot of traveling and these really help you sit up correctly and take pressure off the spine. Has helped a lot with sciatic nerve problems that I have off and on. I like it better than some of the more expensive ones we've tried. I glue a non slip rug material to the vinyl side and sit on the fabric side.Customer Review: Must have for people with back problems

I've been using these sorts of cushions for maybe 10 years. I haven't noticed one brand to be any different from another, so I usually go with the cheapest. My only problem is that, if you're heavy, they flatten out. But they still serve the purpose of relieving the pressure on your coccyx.Customer Review: Works amazing!!

I had a broken pelvis & tailbone 8 years ago and I can not sit longer then 25 minutes without shooting pains through my legs, pelvis and back.
I got a job 5 months ago where I have to sit all day and this seat is my life saver! I am able to sit for hours and not have the pains I had :)

I ORDERED THE LARGE CUSHI-SEAT AND THE SEAT SOLUTION ULTRA WAS SENT INSTEAD. I LIKED IT AND ORDER ANOTHER BUT THIS TIME THE CUSHI-SEAT WAS SENT. THE SEAT SOLUTION ULTRA IS FAR SUPERIOR. IT IS THICKER AND A BETTER QUALITY FOAM. THE CUSHI-SEAT FLATTENS DOWN AND I DON'T EXPECT IT TO LAST LONG.
