I didn't have high hope when I purchased this cushion since it's so cheap. I didn't feel like it would help when I first sat on it. I decided to keep it just because it's cheap. But then after I sat on it for a few days in my office, I discovered I didn't have any lower back pain as I usually experienced almost everyday towards the end of the day. This is the only cushion I have found that works in my car. I commute over 500 miles/week and the car seat, alone, was uncomfortable. Other cushions were too soft. This cushion is firm and doesn't 'sink'. It fits well in my Toyota Avalon. The price is far more reasonable than other cushions. I bought 2 and use the other for my work chair. I have purchased several of these pillows. They were intended for sitting on, but I use them behind my back. I have back problems and must sit up straight. I carry them with me (both cars & at home) so that I always have one handy. Fits as a wedge between me and the chair so that I have support behind my back. This is a great cushion. It has a zip-off removable cover. It is light, thin, wedge shaped, and does a great job. Mine has one side of non-slip material, and the other a vinyl type material. It relieves pressure on the tailbone and allows me to sit comfortably in front of my computer for hours. Better than the custom cushions that I had made for me.

I bought one to test out. Wonderful. I now have three. One for each car and one for at home. It was hard to sit. I lost a lot of weight and my tailbone feels like it it trying to stick through my skin when sitting in the car or at home. No problem anymore.Strongly support this product. Thought I would have to gain weight back to sit without pain.:)
