This can opener works wonderfully. My mother in law gave it to me after she had used one and loved it. She has a difficult time opening cans because of small hands with little strength. This is the handiest gadget ever! I'm so tired of automatic can openers that just don't work, and my 60 year old wrists can't handle the old fashioned crank kind of opener anymore-this is just perfect. I reccomend you advertise how simple and easy it is for older people to use the "One Touch Can Opener". It helps to restore their independence .even if they have help at hand.

I've had this can opener for over a year and have never changed the batteries. It works perfectly every time I use it. I don't understand the negative reviews; maybe I was just lucky enough to get a really good one and they got a dud. Great product, walks around the can while you do other stuff. I've had mine for 4+ months now and its opened 100+ cans on the original (duracel) batteries !!! All who see it in action want one ... hence a great christmas pressent for relatives (old and young).
