I bought this style of Olde Thompson spice rack from Costco a few years ago. I agree with some of the criticisms offered by other reviewers - for one thing not all the spices are ones that I would use, and the names sometimes rub off the jars. However, for the cost of the spice rack plus a number of useful spices, it was certainly a good buy (though I'm sure it cost less than what it's going for now). I threw out some of the spices I don't use and replaced them with more common ones, and printed new labels for the lids.
Unfortunately, the glass jars are a little bit thin, and a few of them broke over time. I emailed the company a picture of the spice rack and asked them if I could buy some replacement glass jars. They promptly replied, and said they would be happy to replace the jars (including the spices, as the jars come pre-filled), free of charge. They didn't even charge me for shipping!
I didn't know companies like this existed in this day and age, and I would certainly buy from them again.
