shaves ice quickly and quite well, or at least as close as you can get to the professional machines. mine is 7 years old and still works like the day we bought it. each snow cone take about 1 minute to make. if you want the cream flavoring like the pros make, just add some sweetened condensed milk on top.Customer Review: very pleased

Have only had this machine for about a week, but we have used it many times already. I have followed other reviewers advise and slightly crushed the ice before putting it in the machine, and this works great. I have no complaints at all. I bought this for one of my boys for Christmas and it was quickly assumed by the whole family (of six!) We use it almost every night for last four months and have had no problems. We really like this. I got it for our 5yr old daughter for Christmas and she just loves it. It is something that we can all do together. You have to let the ice set for a little while before you crush it. Just follow the directions.
