We had been using a similar product like this Nordic Bacon Tray but our product was worn out. Found this tray on Amazon and ordered 3 to get free shipping. We kept one, our daughter and my sister quickly snapped up the other two! Great product. I soak it in sudsy water for a short while--it then provides easy cleanup.Customer Review: Good Bacon

High quality Bacon Tray. This is the second purchase of this tray because the first one became brittle and cracked after more than fifteen years (that's a lot of cycles in the microwave and dishwasher). awesome; takes the mess out of cooking bacon on the stove. FYI - put a paper towel over the bacon while cooking. Paper towel while be dripping bacon oil so be prepared. I have used this bacon tray for 15 years. It cooks bacon evenly and I have been very pleased with it. I have tried other trays in the past but they pale in comparison. As, I said if you like bacon, YOU'LL LOVE THIS! put bacon slices on tray, cover with parchment paper(no splatter), cook one minute per slice, and voila!
You can also save the bacon grease if you like.
Of course you can use it for other things.
